Thus you set up a new eMail account with Outlook 2003: (Sorry, only available with german snapshots.)
Start your Outlook 2003 and choose "Extras / E-Mail-Konten".
Choose "Ein neues E-Mail-Konto hinzufügen" and click on "Next".
Select "POP3" as server type and afterwards click "Next".
In the next step please enter your name, company name or department name. This is indicated with the receiver of the eMail as the sender.
Both, the POP3 server and the SMTP server are called "mail.YOUR_Domainname.xxx".
The Username is your complete eMail address, e.g. "support@domaxxx.de".
Last type in your password, you have chosen when setting up your eMail-Account at www.domaxxx.de and confirm the settings by clicking on "Next".
Your eMail configuration is nearly ready now. Click in the next dialogue window on "Finish".
Subsequently please call the properties of the mail account and activate with the server attitudes the option "My server requires authentication".
You can test your eMail account by sending an eMail at echo@domaxxx.de. This receiver sends you automatically an feedback to your eMail account. If you receive this eMail, your mail account works well.
If sending/receiving eMails should not work and all settings are correctly made by you, please contact the software producer. domaxxx.de unfortunately can not take over support for this product.
