Catchrest is called an eMail account that accepts all eMails of not orherwise defined eMail accounts. An Catchrest account is thus the account @maxi-mustermann.de and catches all eMails, which are addressed to somewhat@maxi-mustermann.de however with exception of otherwise defined eMail accounts e.g. info@maxi-mustermann.de.
