In the browser cache (buffer) become stored already requested web pages and therein contained components (pictures, Style Sheets, tones, etc.). Loading the same web page will then call these files from the cache and do not need to request by the web server again.
The browser mostly does not load the complete web page from the cache, but only components did not change since the last attendance of this web page.
Sometimes it occurs that components of the inquired web page already changed, but the old components from the cache are indicated nevertheless. Remedy creates here to delete manually the browser cache.
